The US Navy recently began employing its new "Catch-and-Release" program in its war on Jihadistan. This new program targets smaller terrorist cells and fringe groups for the purposes of intelligence gathering. Once these small groups are captured and interrogated, they are then released as seen here in this Navy photo.
